Your Impact

- Partner with the Store Manager to lead, coach, and inspire a team of 6

- Deliver outstanding service to an extremely loyal customer base

- Support day-to-day operations including stock management and team development

About You

- Previous retail management experience (Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor level)

- A passion for coaching and developing teams to achieve success

- Knowledge of stock management and store operations

- A hands‑on leadership style that inspires through behaviours and results
