What You’ll Be Doing

- Open and close the store during rostered shifts (store open 9 AM – 1 AM).
- Provide friendly, non-judgmental customer service.
- Help customers find the right products for their needs.
- Keep the store clean, inviting, and well-presented.
- Process transactions quickly and accurately.
- Assist with stocktaking, pricing, and visual merchandising.
- Organise and track stock levels using our systems.

We’re Looking For Someone Who

- Has proven customer service and sales experience.
- Is positive, approachable, and open-minded.
- Can communicate with confidence and empathy.
- Is discreet and trustworthy.
- Has basic Microsoft program skills.
