We’re seeking a capable and collaborative HR Services Manager – Pacific to join our team on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave. This role is ideal for someone with experience in HR operations, payroll, or business partnering and who’s ready to lead a team and shape the way we deliver HR services across Australia and New Zealand.

Based in Adelaide, you’ll lead the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and people-centred HR services, while implementing a pre-determined strategy.

- Confidence working with stakeholders across functions, locations, and levels
- An interest in improving systems, processes, and employee experiences
- Experience working within a global or matrixed environment is valued but not essential

Why Join Us?

This role offers the chance to lead a capable, purpose-driven team, contribute to ongoing transformation in the HR function, and play a key role in enhancing employee experiences across the Pacific region. You’ll be supported by a collaborative HR community and have the opportunity to influence how we deliver services locally and globally.

This isn’t your typical contract role. You’ll be trusted to lead, and empowered to make real change happen. Apply now to shape the future of HR at Schneider Electric where your work truly makes a difference.
