At Oolio, we’re more than just a tech provider – we’re committed supporting hospitality businesses with the right tools and insights to make their venue run better, faster and more in sync. We're on the lookout for a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to help define and communicate our story. This is a unique opportunity to be part of our growing Marketing team, working closely with Product and Sales to shape Oolio’s presence in the casual dining sector.
Oolio is a cloud-based POS and payments platform created with the demands of hospitality in mind. Our solution helps venues offer faster, smarter service, from fixed and mobile POS to self-ordering, kitchen displays, and integrations with popular third-party services like Uber Eats and DoorDash.
As the PMM, you’ll play a key part in defining Oolio’s market positioning and messaging, ensuring it clearly communicates our unique value and competitive edge. You’ll work alongside the product and sales teams to develop strategies that align with our broader business goals, crafting compelling narratives that speak to the real challenges hospitality owners face. Your work will help drive impactful go-to-market campaigns that showcase how Oolio is more than just a platform—it’s an essential tool for venue success.
This role is perfect for someone with previous product marketing experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to make a real impact at a growing company. If you're passionate about telling stories that resonate with the hospitality industry and want to help build something special, we’d love to hear from you.

- Work with Sales teams to develop messaging, battle cards and FAQs to aid in positioning Oolio effectively.
- Provide input for sales collateral, presentations and website content, ensuring consistent messaging across all customer touch points.

- Be the expert on industry trends, customer pain points and competitive dynamics to inform product positioning.
- Gather and amplify customer research before, during and after launch to shape how Oolio is positioned and identify opportunities for improvement.
