About the role

- Monitor industry trends and member insights; conduct member surveys and apply findings to enhance programs and customer experience.
- Engage with stakeholders (students, staff, clubs, residential services, and community partners) to support university-wide programs, student placements, and engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

- A Degree in Exercise and Sports Science with substantial relevant experience; or extensive experience in technical/administrative fields; or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Experience working with multiple internal and external stakeholders and/or clients from business, government, or community sectors and students.
- Extensive experience in the fitness industry, including health club/fitness centre operations.
- Proficiency with CRM and fitness-specific software.
