About the role

We are seeking a passionate and motivated team player to join the team as Account Managerbased in Fyshwick ACT.

If you are enthusiastic and passionate about creating new business opportunities and offers value-added solutions to exceed customer expectations, then this role will provide you with immense opportunity to apply your knowledge and skills to work with a great team of professionals in building and enhancing a long-term rewarding career in a HVAC industry.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, planning, and interpersonal skills, and will play a key role in promoting Polyaire’s presence in the ACT region. There will also be a focus on identifying new sales channels and branding opportunities to drive continued business growth.

What will your day look like?

- Increase the sales volume in designated regions of ACT

- Assist with the development and execution of business plans covering sales activities, and revenue growth.

- Maintains regular service to customers in a nominated geographic area to achieve set sales targets

- Lead point of contact for all customer account management matters

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customers relationships

- Identify prospective customers and generate leads to expand the business

- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions to customer needs

- Provide updated sales promotions information to customers

- Keep abreast with the market competitive advantage

- Provide inputs and assistance in pricing model, quotations, and products improvements

- Work closely with warehouse personnel to ensure accurate and timely sales orders and deliveries

- Assist our service team to deliver excellent customer service

What will you bring to the role?

- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs

- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts at a time, whilst maintaining attention to detail

- Ability to develop and retain relationships with clients to achieve sales targets

- Strong interpersonal, customer service with excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities to influence decision making

- Accountability for time and efficiency, goals and results driven with problem solving abilities

- Ability to work with key stakeholders within Polyaire including Sales and Operational Teams

- Capability of identifying sales opportunities

- Basic sales qualification combined with good commercial knowledge of products and services
