About the Role

Are you an experienced Infrastructure Network Engineer looking for an exciting opportunity to make a real impact? We're seeking a skilled professional to design, implement, and manage network architecture, system operations, and cloud-based solutions in a flexible and collaborative environment.

You will use your experience in on-premises infrastructure management to provide Level 2/3 support, troubleshooting complex technical issues and optimizing system performance. Additionally, you will play a key role in configuring firewalls, routing, and switching to enhance network security and efficiency.

Experience Required

1. Network architecture, system operations, and cloud-based computing experience.
2. Strong knowledge of on-premises infrastructure management and server management.
3. Proven experience in providing Level 2 and 3 support, including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
4. Ability to configure firewalls, routing, and switching to maximize network efficiency and security.
5. Experience in monitoring network performance and conducting scheduled upgrades.

You must be an Australian Citizen, located in Canberra, holding a Baseline Security Clearance.
