Job Description The transformation you will experience: The Investment Manager is responsible for driving negotiation outcomes in line with client KPIs and ensure our negotiated value for clients is implemented as agreed. As a valued member of the team, the Investment Manager is responsible for driving and enhancing our agency/'s culture of Never Standing Still. Your scope will include: - Work with the Investment Director to develop an Investment approach which will enable client KPIs to be met. - Work with the Planning & Activation team to ensure we have clear briefs for all investment activities and provide challenges to aspects according to your knowledge of the media marketplace. - Be the Publicis product offering advocate and know when they are best deployed for clients - Maintain strong and genuine relationships with media partners What you’re looking for: - A supportive and collaborative culture - Clients who are open to be challenged and working progressively. - Fulfil your career ambitions in a business large enough to accommodate them - we have one of the top mobility programs globally What type of person will be successful in this role: - 4 years’ experience preferred. - Strong negotiation skills - Knowledge of how a media agency works and extensive insight into media suppliers. - Able to clearly convey information and ideas to individuals and teams in a way that engages the audience and helps them assess and retain the message. - Advanced knowledge and experience of all tools (TARDIIS, Fusion, Asteriod, Nielsen, MOVE, SpectraMD, TVMap) - Experience in influencing multiple stakeholders and engaging with clients when required. - Has some experience in guiding and developing a team - Attention to detail that is second to none - Able to provide solutions and think outside of the box - A collaborative team member who thrives in working with others - A true professional with strong time management and the aptitude to juggle multiple priorities - Strong organisation experience with a love for being one step ahead - Has a curious nature with a willingness for continuous learning and fearless growth #LI-DS1 Additional Information Publicis Groupe benefits: Be a part of the Publicis Groupe family, recent winner of the Employer of Choice Awards and one of the world/'s most progressive and dynamic modern communications businesses.
