Job Description

- Build and maintain strong relationships with advisers as a trusted strategic partner.

- Deliver tailored training sessions on platform features, updates, and regulatory changes.

- Conduct regular adviser meetings to review service performance and business objectives.

- Act as an escalation point for Account Managers and resolve complex adviser queries.

- Analyse adviser engagement data to identify risks, trends, and growth opportunities.

- Implement targeted engagement plans to drive platform adoption and retention.

- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to identify upsell opportunities and enhance client experience.

- Gather adviser feedback and share insights with Product teams to influence development.

- Stay current on wealth management trends, regulations, and competitor platforms to provide relevant insights.

The Successful Applicant

- 3+ years' experience in Relationship Management, ideally within wealth management, investment platforms, financial advice, or stockbroking.

- Strong industry knowledge of wealth management, portfolio administration, and regulatory frameworks.

- Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to establish trust and long-term partnerships.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex concepts clearly.

- Strategic mindset with the ability to align platform solutions with advisers' business objectives.

- Analytical and data-driven, comfortable using insights to identify risks and opportunities.

- Proactive, self-motivated, and confident in influencing both advisers and internal teams.

- Professional, adaptable, and resilient, with strong time management and organisational skills.

- Collaborative team player with a positive approach to change and client-centric mindset.
