About the Role
In this strategic role, you’ll partner across the business to build capability. You’ll shape development pathways, champion leadership programs, and implement solutions that unlock talent potential and grow careers at Beach.
You’ll collaborate with internal experts and external providers, manage high-impact learning programs, and use data-driven insights to continuously improve development experiences.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement solutions for strategic career development and progression pathways.
- Establish targeted development planning and succession strategies for key talent and critical roles.
- Inform and support the design, development and delivery of learning solutions across the employee lifecycle.
- Conduct training needs analyses to inform learning and development requirements and solutions, including for technical roles.
- Partner with business leaders and across the People & Culture team to identify and address capability gaps, supporting team and individual growth.
- Champion initiatives that promote engagement, wellbeing and other organisational development priorities to drive the people strategy.
