**Make an impact at Serco**

As a **P&C Specialist**, you’ll play a key role in supporting employees and managers across Serco’s operations. Working within our People Services, you’ll provide expert HR advice, manage complex casework, and coach managers on performance and employee relations matters. This role offers variety, challenge, and the opportunity to make a real impact.

In this role, you’ll be:

- Coaching and advising managers on employee relations, including performance, capacity and misconduct issues.
- Handling complex case management including risk management, ensuring fair and timely resolution.
- Providing HR advice on policies, procedures, and employment conditions.
- Supporting grievance resolution and escalations in a structured and professional manner.
- Contributing to HR projects, process improvements, and shared service enhancements.

- A strong background in **HR advisory, employee relations, or case management.**:

- Exceptional **communication skills**, with the ability to adapt your style to different situations.
- Strong **time management and resilience** to manage a high volume of cases.
- A deep understanding of **Fair Work legislation and industrial agreements.**:

- Experience coaching managers on HR matters and navigating risks.
