About the Role

You’ll oversee the daily nursing operations across both clinics, ensuring seamless workflow, excellent patient care, and an exceptional client experience.

Working closely with the Practice Manager and veterinary team, you’ll lead by example, mentor junior nurses, and help maintain our culture of calm, compassionate professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, support, and train the nursing team to provide outstanding clinical and client care.

- Coordinate daily workflow, patient admissions, and surgical lists.

- Oversee anaesthetic monitoring, hospital nursing, and infection control.

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and equipment care.

- Support client communication, preventative health programs, and follow‑ups.

- Assist with rostering, onboarding, and staff development.

About You

- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent) and minimum 3 years vet nurse experience.

- Ability to lead by example and support the team as needed.

- Confident in all areas of clinical and surgical nursing.

- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

- Calm, compassionate, and team-focused.
