Key responsibilities include:

- Attend to and provide clinical care for our clients via home visits.
- Promote a strong customer focused culture.
- Ensure all documentation, procedures and reporting meets relevant guidelines and legislation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislative requirements.
- Maintain up to date, clear and accurate client care plans, records and meet administrative requirements in accordance with policies, procedures and funding guidelines.

The successful applicant will have:

- Current AHPRA Nursing registration (ESSENTIAL)
- Competency in the following clinical procedures - Indwelling Catheter Change and Care,SPC (Suprapubic Catheter) Changes and Care,Wound dressing changes and review,Insulin administration,Knowledge and skill on conducting various clinical assessments,Tracheostomy Care
- Driver’s license
- High level of organisational skills
- Full Australian working rights
