Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, the Maintenance Planner is responsible for scheduling and planning short to medium-term maintenance activities for all mobile plant and equipment on site.
This role ensures maintenance is carried out in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications, supporting maximum equipment availability in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner.

- Ensure all required materials, parts, personnel, tools, permits, and equipment are available for timely execution of maintenance plans.
- Review and audit mechanical repairs and services to ensure compliance with the Mechanical Maintenance Scheme.
- Monitor and report on planning and scheduling effectiveness, equipment reliability, and overall maintenance department performance.
- Manage the tyre lifecycle, ensuring maintenance and repairs are conducted in line with company policy and best practices, using the tyre management system.
- Ensure maintenance operations are executed according to the agreed plan and scheduling sequence.
