About the role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Clinical Consultant with nursing qualifications to join our healthcare product team. This unique role combines clinical expertise with digital consulting, spanning the entire Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) from initial client engagement through to successful product delivery and adoption.

The Clinical Consultant role is instrumental in defining and delivering continual product improvements and innovation that align with the product vision and strategy. The Clinical Consultant is a key member of the Product Team with a broad scope that covers product and market discovery, product demonstration and delivery through to client and industry engagement.

The Clinical Consultant works closely with members of the Product, Engineering and Sales teams to define new features that solve our customer’s problems with specific responsibility for providing clinical insights.

The Clinical Consultant will be a key advocate for the product and for our clients. They will support our Clinical Risk Management process and liaise closely with the CMIO, CCIO and other clinical roles in the organisation.

About you

You’re a registered nurse with experience in acute hospital settings and a strong interest in digital health. You understand clinical workflows and patient safety, and you’re confident working with cross-functional teams to shape technology that supports better care.

You bring:

- Clinical expertise and a solid understanding of healthcare delivery
- Experience with digital health solutions or healthcare IT projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Familiarity with clinical governance and interoperability standards
- You must have the right to live and work in Australia to be considered for this position.
