What are the key areas we are looking for? * Technically strong accountant with expertise in complex standards and drafting detailed position papers. * Skilled in strengthening financial controls and shaping accounting policies to improve reporting frameworks. * Commercially astute leader experienced in JV structuring, consolidations, and major property deals.

We're looking for an experienced finance professional to play a key role in managing and enhancing our fund's financial performance and governance. This role offers broad exposure to both technical accounting and commercial strategy within a dynamic investment environment.

Key responsibilities include:

- Delivering accurate monthly management reports with detailed performance commentary, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards.

- Managing complex technical accounting areas including consolidations, acquisitions, disposals, and joint venture arrangements.

- Drafting technical accounting position papers on matters such as valuations, leasing, and financial instruments.

- Overseeing all audit processes for the listed fund and liaising with external advisors to ensure timely and accurate compliance.

- Reviewing and submitting BAS and ensuring adherence to relevant tax laws and obligations.

- Leading the development and enhancement of accounting policies, particularly in the areas of property and trust structures.

- Assessing and structuring joint ventures and SPVs to align with commercial and strategic goals.

- Preparing quarterly board reports and offering strategic financial insights to investors and senior leadership.

- Monitoring debt covenants and advising on compliance and financial impact.

- Strengthening financial governance through the design and implementation of robust internal controls and procedures.

- Providing expert guidance on group consolidations and statutory reporting processes.

- Coordinating budgeting and forecasting in partnership with key stakeholders.

- Performing financial analysis for assigned portfolios and delivering actionable insights to drive performance.
