Belridge SC is co‑located with Belridge Education Secondary Support Centre. Integration happens at a meaningful, authentic level with the schools sharing teachers, facilities and students over the course of the school day.

Belridge SC is part of the Joondalup Leaning Community (JLC) and is committed to strengthening this partnership as the sole mainstream secondary school. This partnership continues to enhance opportunities for students in Kindergarten to Year 12 across the Joondalup schools.

Belridge SC is seeking a passionate and experienced Program Coordinator (PC) – Student Services to lead one of our vibrant Pastoral Houses (Sharks) and champion student wellbeing, engagement, and achievement across Years 7 to 12.

Our House system is a cornerstone of student support, fostering strong connections between students and staff through inclusive activities and leadership opportunities. It creates a lasting sense of belonging and community throughout each student’s journey at the College.

As PC Student Services, you would play a pivotal role in shaping a positive school culture by leading initiatives that reflect our core values and support whole‑school priorities. Working closely with the Student Services team and the Executive, you would:

- Lead and implement programs that would improve student wellbeing, engagement, and academic success.

- Monitor and manage student data, including attendance, behaviour, wellbeing, and Students at Educational Risk (SAER).

- Collaborate with Deputy Principals, Heads of Learning Area, and other key staff to support student outcomes.

- Drive continuous improvement through strategic change initiatives in student services.

- Model professional growth and promote workforce effectiveness.

- Establish and maintain operational systems to ensure the smooth delivery of student services.

- Has proven experience in leading pastoral care or student support programs.

- Inspire and motivate both students and staff.
