Our Client is seeking an experienced and safety-focused Field Operations Supervisor to lead and manage telecommunications installation and rigging projects across a variety of high-profile infrastructure sites.
?? Key Responsibilities

· Supervise field installation of aerial, underground, and wireless equipment (antennas, cables, feeders, etc.)

· Interpret technical drawings and site specs for proper equipment placement

· Identify and repair faults using specialist equipment (e.g., Anritsu, PIM testers)

· Oversee site audits, measurements, and accurate reporting

· Train and mentor intermediate/basic rigging team members

· Manage subcontractors and site safety documentation

· Maintain compliance with all HSE and client-specific standards

?? Skills & Experience

· Minimum 5 years' rigging/telecommunications experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role

· Proven experience in BTS, transmission, and infrastructure deployments

· Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills

· Ability to work independently and lead onsite teams efficiently
