Overview

Join to apply for the Client Data Analyst role at REA Group. This is a Sydney-based, permanent role with hybrid working arrangements.

What The Role Is All About
  • Liaising and working collaboratively with PropTrack's customers to help solve analytical business problems.
  • Working with customers on tasks from a wide breadth of analytical domains including modelling, data mining/analysis, reporting and data visualisation.
  • Presenting complex analytical outputs and results to all levels of an organisation.
  • Working with commercial leads and account managers to support client requests and coordinating with teams across REA to service these requests.
  • Bringing domain expertise to help design and build new products and solutions to support PropTrack's property analytics products, platforms and custom solutions in line with the growth strategy.
  • Building a deep understanding of PropTrack's products and enabling clients to optimise and make the best use of PropTrack's current data analytics products and platforms (e.g., AVM, HTV, HPB).
  • Developing relationships with key stakeholders within Financial Services clients (from Senior Management to analysts).

  • Commercial orientation – commercially savvy, able to bring the best outcomes for PropTrack business and clients alike.
  • Creative and analytical thinker – able to work through complex problems collaboratively and to find practical, viable solutions to meet client needs.
  • Client focus – a mindset that is always client-first, with a proven track record in managing customer experience initiatives.
  • Domain knowledge – deep understanding of data analytics, the property market, property data, property valuations, home lending and retail banking.
  • Technical knowledge – familiarity with analytical techniques such as sampling, data mining, and predictive analytics; proficiency with SQL, R, Python; and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
  • Relationship influencer – ability to build strong relationships with peers to solve problems and align with client perspectives for mutually beneficial outcomes.
