Reporting directly to the Construction Manager, the chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in spearheading contract delivery, ensuring seamless coordination between estimating, design, and project management teams.

- Competitive salary ranging from $170K to $200K + Superannuation.

The Responsibilities
- Oversee operational activities for multiple or large-scale projects, ensuring efficient project delivery.
- Minimise risk exposure across projects and maintain strict adherence to health and safety protocols.
- Develop and manage client expectations, ensuring they are met or exceeded.
- Generate progress reports tracking time, cost, and quality metrics.
- Review and maintain project budgets and costs, ensuring accuracy and profitability.
- Coordinate plant and equipment for construction activities.
- Manage commercial construction tenders, negotiations, and operations to project completion.
- Ensure accurate invoicing and claims requests, monitoring receivables.
- Analyse profitability, revenue margins, and rates, ensuring financial objectives are met.
- Forecast, control, and report project financial performance, managing costs against approved budgets.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standard.
The Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial design and construction projects.
- Demonstrated project management capability, particularly in projects exceeding $10 million.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding complex engineering and construction drawings.
- Advanced Excel skills for work scheduling and estimating.
- Physical capability to assist and direct on-site works.
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety practises.
- Excellent financial management and reporting skills.
- General site safety induction card (blue/white).
