Overview

Part Time, Fixed Term Contract - 05/06/2026 | 72 hours per fortnight
NHW is the major health provider in the Central Hume region with an extensive range of acute, sub-acute, aged care and community services. This role is leave cover only.

In this role, you’ll oversee Policy Management and Legislative Compliance as a systems administrator for PROMPT and Comply Online. You’ll also serve as the Secretary for the National Safety & Quality Health Service Standards Committee. Additionally, you/'ll assist with Freedom of Information administration when needed and provide vital support to our Quality and Clinical Safety Managers.

Responsibilities

- Oversee Policy Management and Legislative Compliance as a systems administrator for PROMPT and Comply Online.

- Serve as the Secretary for the National Safety & Quality Health Service Standards Committee.

- Assist with Freedom of Information administration when needed.

- Provide support to Quality and Clinical Safety Managers.

Region

- Wangaratta has a population of approximately 30,000 and the catchment serves a community of around 100,000 throughout the northeast.

- An easy 2 1/2 hours drive on the Hume freeway from Melbourne and less than an hour to Albury airport with direct flights to most major Australian cities.

- Over 11 schools including private Catholic and Anglican schooling options for pre-year 12.
