At Kids First Children’s Services, we hear you. And we’ve designed this role with people like you in mind.

This opportunity is for a fully registered Social Worker (Mental Health) who:

- Has at least three years’ experience supporting children and families
- Is confident delivering individual counselling and therapeutic support for children aged 4-16
- Has experience running small group programs like Cool Kids or social skills groups
- Builds warm, empathetic connections with families
- Enjoys collaborating with speech pathologists, OTs, psychologists and teachers
- Is registered with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW)
- Lives within a comfortable commute to Brookvale, Sydney
- Communicates clearly and brings a calm, compassionate approach to their work

If you’re Medicare-eligible or already have a provider number, that’s a bonus – but not essential.
