**About the Role**
We have an exciting **part-time** opportunity for an experienced** Social Worker **to join our Mental Health Services team.
As a Social Worker you will make an impact by providing direct services to our mental health patients. You will enhance their social and emotional functioning through targeted interventions and the mobilisation of support services.
You will:

- Provide a high standard of clinical care
- Work as a member of a multidisciplinary team to provide assessment and evidence based treatment
- Have an understanding of the NSW Mental Health Act and the Guardianship Act

You will bring to our high-performing team:

- Degree in Social Work and eligibility to the AASW
- **Two years previous experience** in a similar role
- Demonstrated experience in Mental Health services
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Skills and experience working in a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team
- Customer focused service delivery
