Family Lawyer | Large Firm
Join our client, a highly regarded and award-winning law firm with a strong presence in Western Australia, as they expand their Family Law team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Family Lawyer to provide compassionate, expert legal support to clients during some of the most challenging times in their lives. Salary is open to negotiation with bonuses and benefits.
Responsibilities
- Handle a broad range of family law matters, including divorce and separation, child custody and parenting arrangements, property settlements and financial disputes, and mediation and dispute resolution.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- An Australian practising certificate and a minimum of 3+ years’ experience in family law
- A deep understanding of the Family Law and related legislation
- Strong communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills
- A high level of empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Ability to achieve billable hour targets (5-7)
- The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively
- A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional client service
