About the Client
Our client is one of Australia/'s fastest-growing national law firms, widely respected for its strength in Corporate and Commercial Law. But what truly sets them apart is their people-first approach — a workplace where lawyers are valued not just for their expertise, but for who they are.
With offices across Australia and continued national expansion, the firm fosters a culture of kindness, respect, and genuine collaboration. The leadership team is approachable, and the workplace environment is known for being down-to-earth, inclusive, and focused on team success.
Whether you’re collaborating with colleagues in Brisbane or across the country, you’ll be supported by a team that cares about your professional development and your wellbeing. This is a place where lawyers build meaningful careers, not just clock hours.
About the position
Our client is looking for a Corporate M&A Lawyer with 5+ years PAE to join their high-performing Brisbane office. This is a pivotal role offering the chance to lead and contribute to complex, high-value corporate transactions while working closely with senior lawyers who enjoy mentoring and sharing knowledge.
You/'ll work with a diverse range of clients – from ASX-listed companies and private equity firms to fast-growing startups and established private businesses. Matters include M&A, joint ventures, restructures, business sales, shareholder agreements, corporate governance and general commercial advisory.
This role is perfect for a lawyer who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to be part of a firm that truly invests in its people. You’ll have the freedom to take ownership of your work while receiving the support needed to grow and take the next step in your career.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years PAE in corporate law
- Strong experience in M&A, commercial transactions or corporate advisory
- Excellent drafting and communication skills

- Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and team members
- Enthusiastic about contributing to a supportive team culture
On offer
