3 Main Points:

- Clear progression pathways and regular promotion cycles
- High-value work across major infrastructure and construction projects
- National client base + flexible working arrangements

About the Firm:

Our client is a nationally recognised law firm, known for its dynamic legal teams and outstanding service across public and private sectors. With deep expertise in infrastructure and construction law, the firm has built long-standing relationships with government bodies, developers, and contractors. The environment is professional, forward-thinking, and supportive—built for those looking to take their legal career to new heights.

About the position:

Our client is currently seeking a Construction & Infrastructure Lawyer (Solicitor or Associate) who is passionate about this field of law and eager to grow within a national team. This is a rare opportunity to be mentored by leading construction partners while building your profile through high-impact work on complex infrastructure matters.

You’ll be involved in front-end advisory and back-end dispute work for major infrastructure, commercial, and government projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, intellectually stimulating environment and is ready to step into a long-term career—not just a job.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic legal advice on construction contracts, procurement, and project delivery
- Draft and negotiate project documents across a range of infrastructure and development matters

- Collaborate with senior lawyers and clients on project risk, regulatory compliance, and contract performance
- Stay current with developments in construction law and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team

Key Requirements:

- 3-5 years PAE in construction, infrastructure, or projects law
- Experience across both advisory and disputes is desirable, though not essential
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with a commercial mindset
- Proven ability to manage matters with professionalism and autonomy
- Strong relationship-building skills and a proactive approach to client service
- Eagerness to grow within a supportive, structured career development environment

On offer:

- Defined career progression pathways with regular promotion opportunities
- Hands-on mentoring from respected senior practitioners in the industry
- Flexibility in how and where you work
- Involvement in nationally significant projects from day one
- Comprehensive benefits including paid parental leave, wellness initiatives, and educational support
- A transparent, achievement-based culture where your growth is genuinely supported
