What you’ll do

- Deliver intensive, tailored family support to children, young people, and their caregivers

- Implement evidence-based interventions – from parenting strategies to life skills coaching

- Connect families to community, education, and employment resources

- Conduct home visits and deliver early intervention strategies to build safety and wellbeing

- Work collaboratively with Child Safety, government, and community partners to provide wrap-around support

- Maintain documentation and case notes in line with standards and requirements

Experience with frameworks such as Circle of Security, Parents Under Pressure, Safe and Together, and Shark Cage is a plus – but not essential.

To join our team, you’ll need

- A valid Working with Children Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

- Flexibility to work across all shift types (mornings, evenings, and sleepovers)

- A current driver’s licence

- A qualification or progress toward a Certificate IV, Diploma, or Bachelor’s in Community Services, Youth Work, Social Work, or a related field

- Experience supporting children, young people, and families, ideally within Family Support, Child Safety, or similar roles
