About the opportunity

- Fostering active veteran and/or family engagement in the identification, development and implementation of individualised housing goals through a personalised case management plan.

- Applying best practice and veteran‑centred knowledge and skills to engage, support, and empower veterans and their families to identify and overcome their homelessness barriers and meet their housing needs.

- Case‑managing clients who are experiencing or at risk of experiencing homelessness.

- Assisting with applications for social and community housing, private rental applications, and tenancy sustainment strategies and support.

Qualifications and experience

You’ll have completed an undergraduate degree in Human Services, Social Sciences, Health Sciences, or an equivalent field.
