We are a national NDIS provider delivering Allied Health support across over 300 locations in Australia to thousands of participants in the community, including services such as Occupational & Speech Therapy, Behaviour Support, Psychology, Exercise Physiology, and Physiotherapy.

Job Description

We are open to discussions with Occupational Therapists of all experience levels who enjoy the flexibility of community work.

Daily responsibilities include:

- Managing caseloads and delivering therapeutic services
- Assessing participants’ emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functions through clinical observations and assessments
- Formulating individualized treatment goals based on assessment findings
- Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Supporting environmental adaptations in various settings
- Recommending Assistive Technology to enhance independence
- Staying compliant with current legislation

Qualifications and skills:

- Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive, motivated by growth and learning
- Enjoy working in a collaborative, supportive environment
- Ability to work independently
- Passion for working in the disability sector
