We are seeking a compassionate and creative Diversional Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will plan, design, and coordinate individualised recreational, lifestyle, and leisure-based programs to enhance the psychological, social, emotional, and physical wellbeing of participants within community and supported settings.

Task & Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and deliver individualised recreational and lifestyle programs that promote participants’ wellbeing, inclusion, and independence.
- Assess and evaluate participants’ needs, interests, strengths, and abilities to tailor person‑centred activities.
- Facilitate both group and one‑on‑one sessions that enhance social, emotional, and physical engagement.
- Adapt programs to meet varying cognitive, physical, and sensory abilities while ensuring safety and enjoyment.
- Collaborate with support staff, allied health professionals, and families to achieve holistic outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and reports in line with NDIS and Noble Care SA policies.
Qualification & Experience
- Certificate IV in Disability or equivalent qualification.
- Identify individual participant needs, interests, abilities, and goals through assessment and observation.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate recreational and leisure programs that promote inclusion, wellbeing, and independence.
- Adapt activities to meet the physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities of participants.
- Support and encourage participation in group and one‑on‑one sessions, fostering community connections.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of community resources and coordinate relevant external activities.
- Provide guidance and training to support workers and volunteers involved in program delivery.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in disability, community, or aged care environments.
