Job Description

We are expanding our team in Sydneyand would love to welcome a passionate and dedicatedindependent Occupational Therapist Contractorto join us in making a positive impact in our community.

We are open to applications from Occupational Therapistsacross Sydney with experience working with NDIS participants.

In this role you will:

- Assessing participants emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments.

- Interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant.

- Providetherapeutic interventions that are evidence-based.

- Providesupport and advice on adaptations to the environment including home, school, work and residential facilities.

- Recommendprovision of Assistive Technology to assist participants with their functional limitations and promote independence.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.

- Experience working with NDIS participants.

- Relevant insurance including Public Liability, Professional Indemnity, and Comprehensive Car Insurance.

- Police clearance, Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.

- Active ABN.
