What you’ll do
The Video Producer is responsible for filming, editing, and animating a wide range of video projects — from corporate case studies and product showcases to creative internal campaigns and branded storytelling. This is a role for someone who thrives both in the field and in post-production, with the ability to direct talent, engage with stakeholders, and ensure the final product hits the mark every time.
- Produce, shoot, and edit high-quality video content across a range of corporate, promotional, and creative projects, ensuring alignment with Compnow brand and client objectives.
- Design and create engaging motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects, enhancing video content with visual storytelling elements.
- Manage YouTube content by uploading, optimising, and maintaining brand consistency.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to brainstorm ideas, develop creative concepts, and deliver clear, engaging visual messaging.
- Direct on-camera talent to ensure natural and engaging performances, providing guidance, feedback, and encouragement throughout the shoot.
- Oversee and execute all aspects of location shoots, including camera operation and lighting setup.
- Maintain high production values across all projects, from pre-production through to delivery.
- Travel around Australia to capture content on location.
What you’ll bring
- Previous experience in a Video Producer or similar position.
- Strong filming and editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, as well as motion graphics and animation skills through Adobe After Effects.
- Experience with sound recording and audio cleanup.
- Experience with YouTube channel management and optimisation.
- Experience with Sony A7S III cameras, DJI gimbals, teleprompters, and professional lighting setups.
- Proven ability to produce corporate content, case studies, product videos, and creative internal content.
- A positive, patient, and collaborative attitude that is confident in directing talent and managing shoots in a variety of environments.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
What else do you need to apply?
- Travel on-site to our office in Notting Hill and nationally where required.
- Must be an Australian resident available to work full time without restrictions
