Are you a seasoned hospitality leader ready for your next big challenge? We’re seeking a Senior Venue Manager to take the reins across a multi-outlet operation. Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations across both venues and all departments, ensuring a seamless guest experience.

- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.

- Drive revenue growth through innovative strategies, creating unique events and exceptional customer service.

- Manage budgets and financial reporting, ensuring cost controls are in place.

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and health & safety requirements.

- Foster relationships with the local community and enhance the hotel/'s reputation.

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience as a Senior Venue Manager or in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry.

- Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and forecasting.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to lead by example and inspire your team to deliver excellence.

- A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for hospitality.

Mandatory Qualifications

- RMLV (Responsible Management of Licensed Venues)

- Approved Manager’s License

- Gaming Nomination & License

- Customer Liaison Officer (CLO) certification

- QLD RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)

- QLD RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling)

Note: If you do not currently hold all of the mandatory qualifications, you will be required to obtain before commencing.
