The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded and creatively driven marketing leader to take the reins of a diverse and high-performing marketing function. The role blends brand strategy, entertainment marketing, and hands-on delivery to attract new audiences, deepen guest engagement, and strengthen market presence.

In this role, you will:

- Shape and implement an integrated marketing plan that enhances brand awareness, market share, and customer loyalty across the venue’s key business areas.
- Drive data-led marketing approaches that translate insights into measurable audience growth and stronger guest engagement.
- Develop and promote a dynamic entertainment calendar that reflects the brand’s identity and drives visitors.
- Oversee creative development, brand voice, and messaging consistency across all channels, from digital and social media, to on-site experiences.
- Strengthen relationships with key media, community, and tourism partners to maximise exposure and partnership value.
- Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to align marketing activity with commercial priorities.
- Manage budgets, supplier contracts, and sponsorships with a strong focus on ROI and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and uphold the highest standards of brand integrity and social responsibility.

Your Skills & Experience

- Proven success leading marketing strategy within hospitality, tourism, or large-scale entertainment environments.
- A background in developing creative campaigns that drive visitation, engagement, and revenue performance.
- Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, CRM, and customer journey optimisation.
- Skilled in entertainment and event promotion, from concept through to delivery and evaluation.
- Strong leadership capability, with the ability to inspire a diverse and talented marketing team.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Commercially astute, with a record of managing budgets and delivering strong returns.
- An understanding of regulatory frameworks and responsible marketing principles (highly regarded).
