The Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Medical Typist to support our Consulting Suites team. This is a casual position, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys building strong relationships, and takes pride in providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

- Transcribe medical dictations accurately and promptly.

- Have strong speed and accuracy.

- High degree of computer literacy and excellent English language skills including grammar, spelling and punctuation.

- Experience with medical terminology audio transcription will be beneficial but not required.

- Maintain patient confidentiality and compliance with healthcare standards.

- Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals and administrative teams.

About You

You are highly organised, self‑motivated and bring strong typing skills and an understanding of medical terminology.

You will also have:

- Experience in Transcribing with audio dictation.

- Previous experience in a medical practice or healthcare setting will be beneficial.

Requirements

- Must provide or complete a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months.
