Security Operations Manager - Health & Wellness Sector
We are seeking an experienced Security Operations Manager to lead security operations within a leading health and wellness organisation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive security strategy, incident response, and compliance across multiple technology environments.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead Security Operations and SAP Security teams to safeguard digital and physical assets.
- Develop and implement security policies, incident response plans, and awareness programs.
- Manage ongoing security monitoring, incident management, audits, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to enhance security posture.
- Provide strategic leadership to embed security culture aligned with business goals.
Candidate profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field (Master's and security certifications desirable).
- Extensive experience in security operations management, incident response, and risk frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.).
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with cloud environments and enterprise security technologies.
