Opportunity
Due to steady business growth in our Industrial Channel, we have developed a unique role as part of our sales team servicing Industrial customers. The primary responsibilities of this exciting new role are to build and develop strong relationships and generate significant new business growth within existing and new customers allocated within the Burleigh Heads area.
The Industrial role entails customer segments and is not limited to: Fleet Bus/Truck/Waste, Manufacturing, Engineering, RV Businesses, Lifestyle, OE Truck Dealerships, Agricultural, Civil, Construction, Forklift, Government Departments, Marine. Hire etc
Duties
- Manage the territory in line with Napa’s Customer Value Proposition, collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders to meet the requirements of the strategic business plan.
- Maintaining a customer territory and maximising business opportunities and sales growth.
- Attend Sales Meetings, Trade Shows & Product Training as required.
Qualifications
- Industry Customer Management experience is preferred in either of the Commercial, Automotive or Industrial sectors.
- Prior achievement in areas of responsibility, specifically sales results, customer relationship development and territory management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to negotiate, influence decisions, facilitate outcomes and achieve results.
- Sound business acumen and numerical competency.
