Use your skills and experience to ensure outstanding service delivery, and work with talented and passionate hospitality professionals. - 2+ years experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a restaurant or bar environment - Knowledge in cocktails and beverage production - Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations - Adaptable and able to multi-task - Time management skills - Attention to detail - Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude - Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication - Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts - Victorian RSA Certificate About Grill Americano: Nothing says “Melbourne” more than the blending of cultures and cuisines that seems just right.
