Overview

Duties

- answering telephone and in-person enquiries.

- dispatch of external correspondence.

- filing and archiving; and

- general office and outside clerk duties; and

- preparation of documents under strict supervision of professional staff.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in an administrative role (legal or otherwise) is preferred but not essential

- computer literacy, typing skills and native/bilingual level English proficiency are required

- highly organised.

- have a high attention to detail.

- personable and professional telephone manner.

- strong computer (Windows PC and Microsoft Office Environment) and typing skills.

- can work effectively and flexibly in a team; and

- understand the importance of confidentiality, honesty, and integrity.
