An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Workplace Experience & Services team as a Guest Relations Manager.
In this key onsite role, you will manage the Guest Relations team, as well as a range of vendors and stakeholders, to ensure an exceptional level of service is provided to Zurich visitors and employees. Your responsibilities will include overseeing reception/security services, catering, audio visual equipment and conducting office inspections. You will coach the front of house team, review operational processes to cultivate excellent standards and work closely with our Employee Resource Groups/Community teams to uplift employee engagement.

Key Requirements
- Strong experience in corporate reception or high-end hotel hospitality
- Demonstrated success prioritising tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Exceptional customer service skills and initiative
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and a solution focused mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Competency using Microsoft Office software programs.
