An exciting opportunity exists to join our Workplace Experience & Services team as a Guest Relations Officer.

In this key role, you will be responsible for greeting all visitors in our brand new stunning reception area. You will enjoy interacting with a range of people as you provide an exceptional level of service and help to make Zurich a great place to be Your tasks will range from managing the visitor system, assisting with meetings/events, overseeing rooms, catering and general administration support.

If you want to showcase your stellar customer service skills in a professional, vibrant culture, this will be the ideal role

- Experience in a similar role within a corporate or professional services environment
- Good administration skills and computer competency
- High level of customer service and initiative
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
