The Meat & Wine Co Safari is looking for an experienced Guest Relations & Events Manager to enhance, build and maintain strong guest relationships and ensure their satisfaction by delivering the ultimate guest experience.
**Responsibilities of the role include**:

- Develop positive and foster an enduring connection between our restaurant group and our valued guests, including understanding their preferences and requirements.
- Ensure increased relations, engagement, guest satisfaction and sales of top VIP and SHAKA loyalty program - ensuring that Seagrass venues are the preferred dining establishment of our VIPs
- Promoting and increase sign up to the Dining Rewards Club (DRC)
- Continue to develop and maintain relationships with hotel concierge teams, event coordinators, executive assistants, personal assistants and cooperate members to organise and coordinate the effective operations and service for events to achieve outlined KPI targets related to Sales, Profit and Guest satisfaction
- Conducting site tours for potential new clients and guests
- Attend networking events to endorse and attract new business
- Collaborate with the Guest Services Department and Reservations teams to plan and execute private events and VIP Bookings
- Attend and be the point of contact for high level events/functions.
- Partner with Seagrass Marketing team organise all other aspects such as sponsors, artworks, promotional material, menus, approval from all parties, design briefs, etc. as it relates to the sourced event
- Ensure seamless communication between the client and the restaurant teams to meet event
expectations.
- Gather client feedback and relay it to relevant departments for continuous improvement.
- Implement strategies to enhance overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Support to resolving any guest concerns efficiently and effectively
- Track sales and business opportunities through CRM system
- Review market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business growth
opportunities.

**The successful applicants will have**:

- A relevant Diploma qualification OR at least 3 years of relevant employment experience
- Cash handling experience
- Sevenrooms experience an advantage
- Full Time contract
