Overview

Guest Relations Manager at Zurich Australia. This on-site role will manage the Guest Relations team, along with a range of vendors and stakeholders, to ensure an exceptional level of service for Zurich visitors and employees.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee reception and security services, catering, and audio-visual equipment
  • Conduct office inspections and coach the front-of-house team
  • Review operational processes to maintain and elevate service standards
  • Collaborate with Employee Resource Groups/Community teams to uplift employee engagement
Qualifications
  • Strong experience in corporate reception or high-end hotel hospitality
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment
  • exceptional customer service skills and initiative
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a solution-focused mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Competency using Microsoft Office software programs
