About the Opportunity:

Steadfast Group is seeking a skilled Change Manager to lead the people-side of change for our strategic Information Management Project. This role sits within the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) and plays a critical part in driving adoption, engagement, and capability across the organisation. You’ll work closely with internal teams, senior leaders, and external partners to embed new digital ways of working and ensure change initiatives are impactful and sustained.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead change management for the Information Management Project, ensuring successful rollout and adoption.

- Co-develop and embed a change management framework within the broader EPMO delivery model.

- Conduct stakeholder analysis and build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.

- Design and deliver targeted communication plans to promote awareness and reduce resistance.

- Identify capability gaps and develop training programs to support transitions.

- Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to align change activities and refine engagement materials.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience leading change in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

- Strong background in Change Management, Transformation, or Organisational Development.

- Expertise in stakeholder engagement, training coordination, and communication strategy.

- Familiarity with change management frameworks such as Prosci or Kotter; certifications preferred.

- Demonstrated ability to mentor and build capability in others.

- Experience implementing information management programs and digital platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Teams).
