Look no furtherRCR Mining Technologies (RCRMT), a leading business unit within NRWHoldings, is seeking a talented Industrial Painter Blaster to joinour team at our Bunbury Workshop on a Casual basis.

As an Industrial Painter Blaster at RCRMT, you will play acrucial role in ensuring the durability and protection of ourmining technologies. You will utilise your excellent painting andblasting skills to provide high-quality and efficient services inindustrial surface preparation and coating.

Responsibilities:

- Perform surface preparation on steel or hard compositionobjects, ensuring the removal of all contamination andachieving the specified finish
- Apply paint or similar coatings using spraying or brushingtechniques
- Review painting specifications and comply with the requiredstandards
- Blast to profile tolerances and specifications
- Take precise measurements when measuring blast profile
- Maintain accurate records of painting thickness, includingDFTs, paint reports, salt testing, etc., as necessary
- Manage inventory of materials, including paints andconsumables, and notify the supervisor of any shortages
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of machines andequipment
- Provide guidance and assistance to apprentices and tradesassistants

Requirements:

- Local residency in the Southwest region
- Australian Recognised Trade Certificate in IndustrialPainting or Blasting OR Relative experience
- Valid Driver's Licence
- Work at Heights & Confined Space Tickets
- Dogging/Rigging certification (preferred but notessential)
- Forklift Ticket (preferred but not essential)
- Physical fitness for manual labour and ability to pass adrug and alcohol screening
- Strong commitment to safety and reliable work ethic
