The Role

As Account Director, you’ll lead a portfolio of high‑profile clients, providing strategic oversight and ensuring projects deliver real business impact. Day to day, you’ll:

- Nurture and grow client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor and strategic partner.

- Oversee end-to-end delivery of brand health tracking studies – from design and execution to insight and presentation.

- Translate data into clear, compelling stories that drive brand strategy.

- Coach and support junior team members to build confidence and capability.

- Collaborate across teams to bring innovation and best practice to every project.

- Keep a close eye on quality, timelines, and budgets, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

About You

You’re a confident communicator and natural relationship builder who thrives in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment. You bring:

- 6+ years’ experience in commercial market research, ideally with a strong grounding in brand tracking.

- Proven client and account management skills, with the ability to tell a story with data.

- Hands‑on analytical experience (ideally using Q or SPSS)

- A collaborative mindset and genuine enthusiasm for mentoring others.

- Relevant tertiary qualifications (QPMR highly regarded).
