About the Role

You’ll lead our culinary team to deliver an efficient, cost-effective food service, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in our commercial kitchen and create exceptional dining experiences through your leadership and culinary expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the kitchen team, including training and performance development.
- Plan and develop innovative menus that showcase fresh, local ingredients.
- Oversee electronic purchasing, cost management, and HACCP compliance.
- Prepare, organize, and deliver exceptional dishes with a high level of attention to detail.
- Maintain strong communication with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.

About You

In order to be successful in this role you will need:

- Proven experience as a Head Chef in a similar environment.
- Formal trade qualifications in commercial cooking or equivalent experience.
- Strong experience in electronic purchasing and cost management.
- A creative approach to menu planning and development.
- Ability to work autonomously and lead a collaborative team.
- Commitment to food hygiene and safety, with HACCP experience essential.
- Current First Aid Certificate.
