Position Summary:

• Support the daily operations of the kitchen and be a key part of a passionate and collaborative culinary team.
• Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure high-quality food preparation and service
• Assist in managing kitchen sections and lead the team in your area during service periods
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and presentation at all times
• Contribute to the smooth running of daily kitchen operations including prep, service, and event execution
• Bring creativity and passion to your role while helping to implement new menu ideas and culinary concepts
• Deliver memorable guest experiences by understanding and exceeding customer expectations
• Ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety, Hygiene, and HACCP standards

About You:

• Trade Industry Qualification or Commercial Cookery Certification
• Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen, ideally at a Chef de Partie or similar level
• Passionate about food, teamwork, and hospitality
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Eager to learn, grow and take the next step in your culinary career
• A proactive and positive attitude with a hands-on approach
