Working with an impressive portfolio of large, high-profile clients, you'll act as a trusted advisor—ensuring successful adoption, value realization, and lasting partnerships. This role will see you operating at the intersection of technology and strategy, helping customers navigate complex cloud, security, and networking landscapes.

What you'll need to succeed:
5+ years in Technical Account Management, Customer Success or similar client-facing roles
Enterprise software background (ideally in networking, security, cloud, or infrastructure)
Strong technical acumen with an ability to simplify complexity.
Familiar or exposure working with networking, firewalls, network security etc.
A consultative approach and exceptional relationship-building skills
