Overview

Billi is a leading provider of premium instant filtered boiling, chilled, and sparkling water systems, committed to delivering exceptional products and service to our customers. We’re seeking a passionate and highly connected A&D Specification BDM to drive business growth through strong relationships across the architectural, design and building community. This is a strategic, design-led sales role where your ability to inspire, influence, and deliver will directly contribute to major project wins.

Responsibilities

- Proactively engaging with architects, interior designers, and specifiers to secure project specifications
- Presenting product solutions and design inspiration in client studios, showrooms, and project sites
- Managing the sales cycle from concept to completion, ensuring design integrity and commercial outcomes
- Developing and executing a territory plan to exceed targets and KPIs
- Representing the brand at industry events, design shows, and networking functions

About You

You’re a natural relationship builder with a keen eye for design and a track record of delivering results in the A&D or premium interiors market. You’ll bring:

- Proven experience in architectural specification sales
- Strong network within the architecture and design community
- The ability to present confidently to design professionals and influence decision-making
- A commercial mindset with the drive to exceed sales targets
- High levels of self-motivation, organisation, and presentation skills
